The Life and Times of the Andersons: Lots to Catch Up On!

Since school started I have had a lot less time and energy and our blog has taken a back seat to life. However, we have been doing some fun things lately and I wanted to have a quick catch up post. Since our last post we have:
- Been blessed with a new nephew, Anderson James Nicholas, born on August 16th. We made a quick trip up to Rochester to meet the newest addition of our family. He is perfect in every way!!

- Made our last trip of the year to Okoboji for Labor Day weekend. We had beautiful weather and got out on the boat a couple more times. Natalie and Oliver even went tubing! Uncle Kyle was going to get into the tube with them, but they decided they could do it on their own. They're so grown up now! We had a really nice weekend with family and on Labor Day stopped in Fort Dodge to have a picnic lunch with the Huyser side of the family. Grandma made a great lunch with our favorite Bishop's Pie for dessert-yum!! We played games and had a fun time!

-We took Belle to the Doggie Dive at the Indianola pool. She LOVED it! Except we still couldn't get her to jump off of the diving board--maybe next year! This year her buddies Taz and Mollie joined too. They weren't as crazy about the whole thing as she was...they mostly tried to get out of the water while we couldn't get Belle to come out!

-We watched Iowa State win the Iowa vs. Iowa State game AGAIN this year! We went up to Hannah's apartment to watch the game and hang out. Lots of yummy snacks and games. Go Cyclones!!
